Pixelbag allows registered users to submit design assets for review and publication.
To keep the platform useful, safe, and respectful of creators’ rights, please follow these upload guidelines.
What You Can Upload
You may submit design-related assets such as:
- Fonts
- Logos
- SVG files
- PNG files
- EPS files
- AI files
- PDF files
- Icons
- Vectors
- Textures
- Templates
- Mockups
- Graphic resources
- Other useful creative assets
All submissions are subject to admin review before publication.
Only Upload Content You Have the Right to Share
Before uploading, make sure that:
- You created the asset yourself, or
- You own the rights to the asset, or
- You have permission from the rights holder, or
- The asset is available under a license that allows redistribution through Pixelbag.
Do not upload commercial fonts, premium design files, paid templates, licensed brand files, or third-party assets unless you have permission to share them.
Font Upload Rules
Fonts can have strict licensing terms.
Before uploading a font, check whether the license allows redistribution. A font being free to download somewhere else does not always mean it can be uploaded to Pixelbag.
Please include license information whenever possible, such as:
- SIL Open Font License
- Apache License
- MIT License
- Public domain
- Free for personal use
- Free for commercial use
- Commercial license required
- Unknown license
If the license is unclear, the asset may be rejected or removed.
Logo and Brand Asset Upload Rules
Only upload logos or brand assets when they are appropriate for reference, editorial, educational, or design-related use.
Do not upload misleading, fake, modified, unofficial, or harmful versions of brand assets unless they are clearly labeled as unofficial or fan-made where allowed.
Brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
File Quality
Please upload clean and useful files.
Assets should be:
- Properly named
- Relevant to the title
- Free from malware or harmful code
- Usable by designers or developers
- Not intentionally misleading
- Not duplicated unnecessarily
- Not filled with unrelated files
Pixelbag may rename, compress, convert, preview, categorize, or reject files during review.
Prohibited Uploads
Do not upload:
- Files you do not have the right to share
- Pirated fonts
- Premium fonts without redistribution permission
- Paid templates or commercial design kits without permission
- Malware, viruses, scripts, or harmful files
- Fake brand assets intended to mislead users
- Stolen artwork or copied design files
- Private, confidential, or internal brand files
- Adult, hateful, abusive, illegal, or harmful content
- Spam or keyword-stuffed content
Review Process
All uploaded content may be reviewed by Pixelbag before it is published.
Pixelbag may approve, reject, edit, rename, categorize, remove, or restrict any submitted content.
Approval does not mean that Pixelbag guarantees the asset’s legal status, license, accuracy, or suitability for use.
Repeated Violations
Users who repeatedly upload infringing, misleading, unsafe, or low-quality content may have their accounts restricted, suspended, or removed.
Reporting Problems
