Tesla Wordmark Download (SVG, PDF, EPS, AI, PNG)
Download the Tesla wordmark in SVG, PDF, EPS, AI, and PNG formats for free — each file available as a separate download. This is the standalone “TESLA” logotype used across the company’s vehicles, packaging, website, and marketing.
The Tesla wordmark is a fully custom typeface, not adapted from any existing commercial font. Its tall, narrow letterforms use sharp, geometric construction with consistent stroke weights, and the “E” and “A” are drawn without their central horizontal bars, leaving open negative space within the letters. The initial “T” carries an extended horizontal stroke that echoes the standalone T emblem used in Tesla’s badge, tying the wordmark visually back to the symbol even when the two are used separately.
Tesla originally paired this wordmark with a shield-shaped badge when the company launched in 2003 as Tesla Motors. In 2017, the company dropped “Motors” from its name and removed the shield entirely, leaving the clean wordmark and T emblem as the brand’s core identity — a change that has remained unaltered since. Design agency RO Studio, which also created SpaceX’s branding, is credited with Tesla’s visual identity.
Each format (SVG, EPS, AI, PDF) can be downloaded individually depending on your design software, and the transparent PNG is ready for quick use in documents, presentations, and mockups.
