PepsiCo introduced its current corporate logo on October 28, 2025, replacing the globe-based identity that had represented the company for nearly 25 years. The new mark separates PepsiCo more clearly from the Pepsi beverage brand and reflects a company whose portfolio now extends across hundreds of food and drink brands.
The identity was led by PepsiCo Brand Senior Design Director Marco Escalante. At the center of the symbol is a letter “P” formed by several surrounding shapes representing ideas including consumer focus, sustainability and taste. A curved form at the base creates a smile, connecting the logo with the company’s “Food. Drinks. Smiles.” positioning. The identity also introduces a custom lowercase wordmark and a broader palette inspired by food, drinks and the natural world.
PepsiCo was formed in 1965 through the merger of Pepsi-Cola and Frito-Lay. For much of its history, its corporate identity remained visually connected to Pepsi, including the globe used in the previous logo introduced in 2001. The 2025 redesign deliberately moves away from that connection, giving PepsiCo a distinct identity for its wider global portfolio.
